I have said this a million times but i guess no one ever reads or searches for anything.

If you update it is slightly possible that you get banned you lose Xbox Live. But not likely.

If you do not update then it signs you out and you lose Xbox Live for sure.

so either way you are not given a choice. SO JUST UPDATE ALREADY!!!!
