i try to download a theme for my computer and it wont let me install it. it says that its not a win32 app. what does this mean and someone please help me.

There could be a few different possibilities but for the most part the program may be designed for a 64-bit OS and you are running a 32-bit OS you will get this error. It is best to read the specs before you download. There are a few other causes as well. Maybe this site will help you out. http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000726.htm
