dvd +- wr media recommendations?

Hi,

got an iomega +-wr burner. States it can burn to all permutations of this. I bought a spindle of datasafe branded +rw disks - never had one coaster yet. However, following someone's reccs- bought printable ritek -r spindle and getting coaster after coaster. Using DVDCopy Express - just get "Write Error"

Question thus:

1. would like to stick with datasafe +rw, but printable in 25 spindles - neone know of where to buy these?

2. Still would like the option to burn to printable -r/-rw. Again any suggs?

Don't know if it's a compatability problem with my drive - as followed a very regular member's (not toiletary!) advice regarding which riteks to buy (+ from which site). Mind you as they were unbranded - how am I to know I'm getting the real thing????
