I have 100 or so frames I have taken with my camera and I want to transcode them into a single video file. I have looked into so many free solutions for this problem and haven't really found what I am looking for. Any ideas?

If you are referring to individual pictures taken with a digital camera, then VirtualDub can load them and convert them to an AVI clip.
The files have to have sequential numbers and are imported starting at the selected file and up through the numbering scheme.
Unless the frame rate is set at a low value, the clip tends to run pretty fast - I set it to .25 fps and each frame shows for four seconds before stepping on.
WMP plays the clip back ok.
In my case the pics were jpeg, but it also works with bmp.
