hey guys, sup

yo well i have this fake ms and im on 3.52 M33-4. all movies i put on ms are corrupted data. most music is too. isos/csos are all corupt and half homebrew is corrupted. its really pissing me off. do you think its the fake ms...? or my psp's problem?

Oh yeah, I havent read too much about new custom firmwares... should i upgrade to 3.71 M33? Are all ISO/CSO, homebrew etc. working?

sounds like a fake memory stick to me....
Go to one of the memory stick icons in the psp menu under either MUSIC, VIDEO, or GAME-and hit triangle so you get the "information" sidebar, and press X to select it..It should then look something like this:

User Capacity: however big your memory stick is
Free Space: however much room you have left
MagicGate: ____________

After the MagicGate, it should only say "supported" if you have a genuine memory stick-if it says anything else such as "unsupported", "unknown", or is just blank-then you have a fake on your hands...

As far as your custom firmware, I would just sit tight with 3.52M33-4 until the bugs are worked out of the newest offering from D_A(M33)

Yes , i got the money back and they said they dont want the fake anymore... if i get a spare battery, can i turn into a magic memory stick and use with pandora?
