HELP! ! !Xbox games keep freezing

Hi Everyone, I have a problem with games freezing on me. This has happened with Halo 3 and gears of war.(Both were purchased new at gamestop) In G.O.W it is not as frequent but nonetheless has happened a few times, and with halo 3 some nights it happens more than others. I have fight night r.3 ,Halo 2 ,and nba live 07 and it has never froze w/ any of them. Is it just the games or is it my system. Should I go replace those games i bought at gamestop? Thanks for any response. (* My box also had the ring of death but i had it fixed and works well now*)

I would take them back and explain to them what is happening! I've been hearing others having issues with Halo 3, but it could be because of an Overload on the Servers! But ya, I would take them back and get new ones!
