Im about to modded my first 360. I read 100 of tutorials and im ready but first should I upgrade my 360 from xbox live before i modded. How can remove the sticker easily without damaging it, I heard on other threads using a blow dryer and a razor so it that safest way to do it or there is another way to do it.

Blow dryer and razor work well. It doesn't matter if you have the latest live updates or not before you flash the firmware.
