On the root of your memory stick, create a folder called seplugins and put the prx file in there. Then you need to create another folder on the root of your memory stick called CXMB, inside CXMB a folder called vsh, and inside vsh create a folder called resource, which is where you will put your theme files (note this does not include fonts).
Go back to the seplugins folder and open up a text file (not note pad, text file). Within the text file copy the following:
ms0:/seplugins/cxmb.prx
Then go to file > save and save the text file as vsh.txt
Vsh represents your XMB which is where the themes will take effect. The good thing about CXMB is that it prevents you from bricking your PSP via flashing as the themes run 100% off the memory stick. The only thing that can go wrong is the theme not working giving you a semi-semi-brick (yes, not a semi-brick, a semi-semi-brick) where your XMB wont function. The good thing about CXMB is that in this case, you just shut down the PSP, remove the memory stick and turn it back on again, where the PSP's origional XMB will come back, allowing you to access your memory card and edit files/try again.
To turn the plugin on go into recovery mode and go down to plugins and hit X. In there you will see cxmb.prx [VSH] (Disabled), so just press X on that to turn the plugin on. There you go, just copy the theme files (doesn't incluse fonts) to CXMB > vsh > resouce and restart your PSP to make them take effect.
Enjoy!
