none of my plugins show up in the recovery menu... im running 3.40 OE-A tell me if im doing it right so far.

I made a folder called seplugins in the root of the memory stick, inside that folder i place the .prx files. then I made 3 .txt files named vsh.txt, game.txt, and pops.txt. I tried installing the battery.prx plugin and the cxmb.prx plugin. on the vsh.txt file i've typed up ms0:/seplugins/cxmb.prx and ms0:/seplugins
