problem with sound playing mkv file

hi, i have downloaded some mkv files in 720p, when viewing them with classic media player the picture is perfect and sound is insync, but after a while the sound gets out of sync.

ps: also trying the The Core Media Player with the same results

Anyone have a good idea why this happens?
