Spent some time on the "SEARCH" link but still have questions on modding a 360.. Help..!!??..

1. I've read some threads but nothing RECENT with some of the later technology.. WHICH is a better way to go, flashing firmware (with blaster 360) or getting a MOD chip?? AND WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. regarding the blaster 360, what is meant by the x360usb on it?? In laymens terms do you just hook this thing up to your PC via a standard USB cable via USB 2.0?????????
3. Lastly, where is a good place to purchase a blaster 360 these days???
thx, and please, NO sarcastic responses or telling me to use the "SEARCH".. Been there done that...

regarding a MOD Chip, soldering is not a difficult issue with me..
I guess another question I am asking is with a mod chip do the software companys continuously come out with new games where burned copies wouldnt play on a mod chipped 360; rather the flashed firmware allows more success?????????????????

Go with flashing,you dont need blaster 360 just a VIA6421 pci card and get it on ebay

flash the firmware, you dont need to buy the blaster, it just makes it so that you dont have to open your 360 every time, you may have a samsung anyway and you cant use blaster with that sense it has to be flashed in ms dos. its a waste of money unless your just too lazy to open your 360 the once or twice you will probably open it to flash it

modchips are a waste of money...
flashing is better and supported better throughout the mod/hack community....
also the chips have a chance of getting you banned as far as i know....

2.yes,it turns the sata connection into a usb connection...
3.divineo.com probably has them.
if not check team-xecuter.com they probably have an official reseller page.
