Swap magic question need help

So I want to get a swap magic for my large american ps2. I guess it is ntsc and not pal. The only sites that sell the slide tool say that it is a pal slide tool. Will this still work? If not... do you guys know where I can buy one that will work that can play burnt dvd games with a slide tool preferrably I don't want to risk damage to my ps2. please help.

Slide tool is a slide tool, whether the ps2 is ntsc or pal makes no difference.

Not only that, but they're extremely easy to make on your own. I've made quite a few that work as perfectly as any manufactured one would. So all you'd really need is swap magic, and since you have a fatty, you could simply do the Independence Exploit instead. Though Swap Magic is overall easier, and if you can't borrow some means of USB/disc -> memory card transfer, then Swap Magic would be the better option. But if you have friends with an ARMAX or Codebreaker, you'd be good to go on installing the Independence Exploit. Other methods exist of course.

Yes but would it be fairly easy to download games with iso hunt or whatnot? Is it fairly reliable?

It is very easy to find games. Go to google and search and you will find plenty of sites for torrents.
