but I've been watching football and drinking beer all day so you know... I searched and read previous threads but i sill neeed help. I've backup disks i own with torrents. I'm downloading metroid now (i own the game) but i wnted tomake sure I'm not going brick my wiii. I've downloaded multi region iso's but with metroid the torrent is downloading a NTSC version I'm not sure what my wiikey is set to since i had amodder install and set up my modded wii... I know it will upgrade the firmware and everything seems fine but does anyone think this backup will brick me wii???

Well if the region of the game is the same as your Wii, you will be OK.

realy dumb question but how do I know what version my wii is? I live in the USA if that helps...

NTSC- USA

NTSC/J- Japan

PAL- Europe/other contries

Just go to your Wii Settings and look at the top right corner, it should say something like 2.2U/3.0U, whichever FW your Wii has.

I have Ver. 2.2U so I assume the Metroid torrent I'm downloading will work with no problems?
