If you get blocked from xbox live, I know they send a patch to your xbox to enable it? BUT, what about your profile, i know you can still access it from another xbox, but is your gamertag linked to that xbox' serial number, when they ban it from online.

No, you can buy a new system and recover your gamertag. Or do the same thing on someone else's.
