l have downloaded flash player 9 and l still cannot view contents like the small screen on the forest official webpage.The screen just says "To view this content you need the latest version of flash player.You can download flash player for free by clicking here". l have already done this and the message is still there but it has been downloaded has it said it was successfully done and it is in my programs in the control panel.Any ideas what the problem could be...............

Forgot to mention that it is windows vista home premium and the browser is windows internet exployer 7. l have norton security which l downloaded on a 3 month trial with this computer l have recently bought. Could it be a the security causing this or do l have to allow anything in security settings in Tools/securitycustom level. Help
