WIIKEY GC/SD adoaptor problems

so i have four different sd cards and non of them work except randomly, i think is cause the adaptor is poorly made or week connection somewhere...anyone know what i should look at??

make sure there in there formatted to the format, which should be FAT not to be confused with FAT32

the cards are properly formated...i have dumped parts successfully but sometimes it will say bad card...i think there is a loose contact or the sensor that says if the card is locked is not working right...is there anyone that could give me advice on how to check and possibly fix it

i am refering to the gecko adaptor (the wiikey sd adaptor is the one i have) not the actual wii sd cardreader
