Where to download psp games WITHOUT using torrent?

Hi folks,
I just bought a new PSP slim yesterday, and I know I can download games through some torrent, do you guys know where other links/site I can download psp games WITHOUT using torrent? cause my torrent is damp slow, and it just does not work by using torrent. IF using TORRENT is a must, can I know which torrent provide the most games with many seeder?
