Ive tried many, many times but without any success installing it, each time I open the ps2 to insert the backup (with Swap Magic 3.6) i get told that its not a ps2 disc (blue writing on the Swap Magic screen)before it even has the chance to check the disc.

I presume im installing the little metal arm wrong, and i see its used in a few other types of tool, so does anyone have any tips on how to do it?
