I'm sure this is a studid simple question to most and has been asked before, but here it goes. I have a ton of bin cue files on my storage disk that are already burned to playable disks. I want to free up disk space. I was wondering if I took the files and put them on a dvdr+- disk could I then burn the files again off the dvdr??? Thanks for any comments.

I have bin and cue files that are already burned to a working cdr. The files are now taking up space on my HD. I want to write the files on to several dvdrw disks to free up space on my HD. After I write to a dvdrw can I then put the dvd disk in and burn the bin and or cue to a cdrw off the dvd disk to make a working copy again with the cdr. To put it simply I want to make copies in the future of my bin cue files (in case something happens to my working cd) without having to keep the bin cue files on my HD. Does that make any sense?

what i think you should do is sort the Bin/cue files so that you know which ones are where and put them on DVDs.
Then if you need to mae another copy put the Bin/cue files on your HD then burn them to CD.

Note. you may be able to put it straight from DVD to CD but im not sure.

Make sense, thats what i figured you wanted to do. So my answer still stands.

Although you can, for reliability issues, this wouldnt be reccommended
