reading multisession cd-rs in XP

I know multisession cds aren't supported natively in XP but I used to use the multimounter hack from Nero.

I'm now using CDBurnerXP exclusively - is there any way to re-enable multisession reading in XP without Nero?

Generally multi session formats are proprietary to the program that wrote them, so my gut says no.
