I lost my PS2 remote DVD!

I bought a DVD remote for the PS2 a while ago. I still have the remote and the IR receiver, but I lost the DVD to install the file onto the memory card! Is there a way I can download the ISO file for it and burn it onto a DVD or anything else I can do? HELP! Thanks in advance!

I'd just buy a wireless PS2 controller. Or, get another PS2 that has the IR receiver built in.
