deteriorating wiikey read-errors

i have wiikey for a few months.
at first it all worked great.

but lately, dvds that i burned myself don't work.
they either just get 'stuck', or the game starts
working and then i get read errors.

i opened the wii, looked at all the connections
and everything, it looks ok.

what can it be ? software update ? what kind of problems ?

You using good media and burned the back ups on low speeds

are you saying that my dvds have deteriorated with time ?

can you recommend a good media ? i'm burning with a macbook pro

Sorry that was a question, have you been using good media for your games and burning them at slow speeds? I use TDK's but im not sure what good quality ones there are out there, just nothing too generic.

i used memorex, slowest speed.

all games worked at the beginnig, it just all started deteriorating...

i'll try re-burning a game on different media.

memorex suck! buy a better brand. I recommend sony. Thats what I use.

go with the DVD-R's = Most compatible
