I'm using FULL Jackass.iso but it doesn't work on my PSP. My firmware is 3.03oe-c.
Please help, it keeps on saying "The game could not be started. (80020148)".

1st PSP = 1.51 > 2.6 > 3.11(waiting for downgrader)
2nd PSP = 1.50 > 3.03oe-c(planing to 3.10eo-a)
Fav. ISOs = Taiko 1 & 2, GripShift, R&C-SM

Will I still beable to play GTA Vice City if I upgrade?
