I can't get any of my sega or old nintendo emulators to work on my wii. I can get to the main menu on the disk but then the wii remote seems to lock up.

As I look on Amazon there are about half a dozen different different Gamecube controllers. Any particular one? Will the Wii Classic Controller work?
I've never messed around with the Gamecube. This is probably a dumb question but isn't there a different plug-in for the controllers between the Gamecube and Wii?

You're right, it was a dumb question. LOL There's a door you can open on the side of your wii and you will find 4 ports for gamecube controllers and two memory slots for gamecube memory cards. Any gamecube controller will work.
