I have a problem with my phone i have i have never heard of before. Whenever i go to text or just add a phone number or browse the web. If i type in a letter of anykind, my phone freezes and i have to take out the battery and insert it again. I can change the text to numbers and it works fine. ONLY PROBLEM WHEN I USE LETTERS..What is up???

I tried master clear/reset..Tried it all
