I am having a problem with my version of roxio every time i put in a movie to copy, it tells me that driver is in use by another user or another product and at the bottom left corner where it should show the memory it says in use by well the other user but i deleted his profile to see if it would fix the problem but it didn't so if anybody can help me that would be great.
