SWAPMAGIC does't boot from my usb memory stick?

HI to everyone!

I got my swap magic 3.6 plus and says on the case that can launch from usb device.

I wish to exploit my ps2 to play program that i download on the net to load.

and for some reason I tried to burn like 5 to 10 cd-r's and no one load.

I even tryed to make directory " SWAPMAGIC " then put files in it and I load my swapmagic cd OR dvd and none load on memory stick...
I can see that the led of it blik ones and stop then my screen block and stay on swapmagic screen... I don't know what i'm doing wrong ?

A little help to get my usb stick to load my programs will be appreciated...
