How many times have you had to flash Firmware?

I was just wondering how many times you all have had to flash your firmware since you've gotten your 360. Reason I ask is, I'm debating whether or not to purchase a mod that makes it so I only have to open my case once, to be able to flash my firmware as many times as I want, without ever having to open it again. Cost is around 70 bucks. I'd really appreciate if you could just respond with how long you've had your hacked 360 firmware and how many times you've had to update since then. Would really help me out a lot, thanks.

Had my 360 since febuary 2006,flashed it just this summer so only once
