Hi I'm new to the forum,I would like to say that I've been a fan of this forum also b4 i joined it and that it was usefull to me many times and finally i decided to join cause I needed help for something that doesn't appear to fit somewhere...

I'm Using Singstar PAK Extractor ( http://haggar.pocketheaven.com ) wich is a tool to unpack the .PAK files of all Singstar games. The .PAK files (mostly PAK_IOP0.PAK) contain the video files (.ipu format) and the (known to GTA:SA fans and others) .mib audio files. Those files are the video and the audio files of the karaoke songs of the disc.

I'M INTERESTED ON THE AUDIO FILES ONLY!
As you can see the .mib files are files that can be opened with the known MFaudio!

► BUT ◄

As you can see also from the guide the audio is 4 channels wich the two of them are the instrumental track/only music without vocals and the rest two are the acapella track/no music only vocals.
In order to sapperate them you use the tool that comes with the PAK Extractor named remchan.exe on the command line (cmd). This gives you two brand new files with the .raw extension wich also can be played on MFaudio...

HERE MY PROBLEM COMES

(I use the first Singstar release aka Singstar 1)
When you open the .raw file with MFaudio the audio that you hear is a song that skips on alternate time like a scratched cd and yes this happens with any song... :'(

Here is an example I ripped of the audio that it gives you, It's the acapella/vocal track only of Madonna's Like A Virgin:

Also if you hear the original 4 channeled .mib file it has the same skips...

DOES THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE?
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

If somebody can help me I would looooooooooove to!!!
Also if somebody stucks on something and doesn't understand how to do it with this application he can ask me for help.
This application is incredibly usefull as Singstar contains very rare stuff...
