Xbox game keeps freezing

Hi guys, I posted a few days ago about my 360 freezing when i play Halo 3. Since, I have returned the game at gamestop and got a new one... But it is still freezing. The first few days it was fine, but these past 2 nights it keeps freezing. Do you guys think it is my system? If so what is there that i can do to fix this? Note.. My 360 had the ring of death but got it fixed, dont know if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help.

sounds like a 360 error, keep your 360 vertical power brick of carpet aswell as your 360..in a cool and open area...
