Hi, I recently bought a 360 and am getting it chipped through a friend soon...
Is there a way I can burn games onto disks myself, to play them on my console?
What programs do I need for it, and what type of disks will work on a PAL 360?
well, i wouldn't recommend a mod chip. i would go with a firmware mod.
but anyways, in order to make burning 360 games easy, you'll need a samsung SH-D162C dvd rom drive flashed with kreon .81 firmwre to read your xbox 360 games in xbox backup creator 2.6
then you'll need ImgBurn (also freeware) to burn your game onto verbatim (recommended) dvd+r dl (required) media in a dual layer burner
ok so i'll need to buy an samsung SH-D162C dvd rom drive?
and then put .81 firmwre on it?
and that'll allow my comp to read 360 games?
and i need a program called xbox backup creator 2.6?
and ImgBurn, which i can download??
whats verbatim?
and I use dvd+r right?
thanks for the help, sorry i have so many questions
