I have a downloaded version of Stuntman Ignition that is PAL. I have use d two patchers and I have scrapped 2 dvds. The media I use is Sony and I burn it at 4x and occasionally at 8x. I have used ADR patcher and PAL2NTSC with Y-fix and no results. Is there something else I'm supposed to do after I patched it. I read the guide and it said it's supposed to work. I can really use some help. Thanks.

Your media is probably why this game won't work. Get some better media such as Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden and burn at half the maximum speed (ie. if the discs are 16x, burn at 8x)
