Well you didn"t Leave us any Information that would help us help you...What are you useing to convert to Mpeg???And what do you mean By "and still don't want to work in my dvd burner"??? How are you trying to Burn this Movie???

If you are Useing TMPGEnc you will have to extract the audio from your AVI file to WAV format useing Virtual Dub then use the Wav file as the audio source in TMPGEnc...And to Make a DVD you do NOT just Burn the Mpeg file to Disk, You will need a DVD authoring Program before you will be able to Burn the DVD....

Well don"t use "All Video Converter" cuz the encodeing is the Most important part and what you are useing SUCKS Big time..Use TMPGEnc you can get it at "TMPGEnc.net/"" class="korostus" target="_blank">http://www.TMPGEnc.net/" and you should also download "Virtual Dub" from "VirtualDub.org"" class="korostus" target="_blank">http://www.VirtualDub.org" cuz you will need it to extract the audio from your AVI file...You will also need a DVD authoring Program because you Can Not Make A DVD By Burning A Mpeg File To DVD-R, It just Does Not work That Way because your DVD Has to have Chapters and Menu"s and has to be formated correctly for it to Play on your DVD Player...And your AVI file has to be encoded to mpeg useing the correct Frame rate, Resolution ,audio format and audio sample rate before you can author it to DVD, It can"t just be any old Mpeg file...There are guides on this Forum and over at http://www.dvdrhelp.com/
on how to go from AVI to DVD....Cheers
