i am trying to rum MGSPO on my psp through the XMB bar but every time i run it, it comes up with a blank screen. All my other games seem to work. do i need devhook or what?

i have no problems with mgs:portops. update to 3.52 m33-4. use the sony np9660 no umd driver, iso speed at 300, and all advanced options in recovery mode should be disabled.
