Oh bother..still having same problem..scan only picking up a few channels.
Anyone got the new files..or could someone please let me have their working services & bouquets.xml for notts.

Hi matey..I'm using commando v8 2ximg
I'm getting around 50 channels after a scan, and these are all watchable.
With section scan on, i have recieved a few others, but these say error..channel not available.
All the channels have epg.
I wondered if the channels had been moved maybe..

Have you inserted the keys into commando 8
As you will only get free to air channels
Without them
If the keys are in it
Try D box button
settings
Softcam
Red button restart softcam
Try this and leave it on sk* sports 0ne for 5 mins
If it dont come on the image has no keys inserted

I haven't got s sports 1..got s sports xtra, but it says channel not available.
I put the keys and bin files after i flashed comm on it.

Did you chomodd them to 755
How come you dont have sk* sports 1
have you tried rescaning useing net id
Blue button on re mote
Net id scanning
Set my location
Scroll to were you live and push ok
Box will reboot and be ready for scanning your area
Make sure your sym rates corrospond with your previous SS .......Paul
Also save bow k s as save or leave existing lets know

S sports didnt come up on the scan.
Yes, all are chmod 755.
Iv'e scanned with netid Notts, lincoln,leciester etc..

I haven't changed sp..always been on nthell..dbox running fine since nov'95..
my scan settings are :

scan services............all services
bouquet..................leave current
cable provider...........cableuk sym6887
fast scan................off
netid....................00008
frequency................755000
symbol rate..............6887
sections scan............off


I have tried with fast scan on and off..also section scan on and off
