if you go to the very top of the page you will see a search function.
this question has been asked hundreds of times before so it will have been answered hundreds of times before!!!!!!!!!
if the search function gets a little to technical if you look at the top of the forum you will find a thread called downgrade guides for all firmwares

If ur lazy and feel like being ripped off, go on eBay and buy a pandora's battery and then downgrade ur PSP :) it's easy (but I can't say much about the cost)

Of course, since some unbricking/downgrading services on eBay request u send your PSP unit, there's the risk of it being stolen :) so pay via paypal cuz you're covered up to $3000!
