mcafee 2007 msconfig error an acces is denied

after i instaled the mcafee on my pc. when i try to change someting in msconfig, i get an error

An Access Denied eror was returned while attemtping to change a service, You may need to log on using an administrator account to make specific changes.

note if i uninstal mcafee, the error disaper and the user become the admin. again without any problem.

anyone know how to fix it.
