so what should i do to prevent that cuz there are some games that cant be played without updating and the first time u enter xbox live u must update cuz u cant enter without updating

i do PAY for my games. i do not see the point of trashing my original discs when i can trash a 2 dollar verbatim disc instead. and like i said, if i do eventually get banned, ill buy another one and continue playing my back ups.

no i dont think they can tell at the moment and when they do i will wait for C4E to come out with a fix and update my firmware...

im asuming if i try to flash my "Already" banned 360 with ixtreme 1.2 it will still be banned?
if so, is there any hope for reflashing banned 360's and being able to use xbox live again besides buying a new one???

x2 at the moment no way around a ban and dont think any one knows 100% what they ban u buy, so u need a completely new box :(

The bans are all based on your backups. Unstealthed backups can be spotted a mile off as they don't contain the security info checked when you sign into live.
A typical disc check when you either sign into live or start a game on live checks all the security information at different stages and multiple times, this is why c4eva implemented the disc-jitter check in xtreme 5.3 (even though for a fair few people it was too late by then)
Currently M$ cannot see the firmware on your drive, there is nothing to say that that won't change soon though
