uTorrent / Cable Modem conflict?

First off I'm sorry if this is not in the correct discussion area.
When I'm using uTorrent 1.7.5 everything is fine if the file takes less than an hour to download. But it seems like anything over that, my cable modem goes off line and the only way to get it to come back is to unplug it. What could be the possible issues here?

This only happens when using uTorrent.....
