Anyone else having problems with NHL 2k8

I bought the xbox 360 about a week ago the 20gb one and with that I recieved forza motorsports 2 and nhl 2k8. I played approximately 15 games at nhl 2k8 when it suddenly froze, nothing would happen, I tried a couple of times ot restart it but it always froze, so I got it exchanged for another nhl 2k8 and the first time that I used it it froze at the exact same place. I was just wondering if this was due to the games malfunction and if it has happened to other people. Thanks in advance for your responses
