m33 is an expansion of OE firmware. they're basically the same, since both were created by Dark_AleX.

M33 and OE, one and the same. Both made by the infamous PSP Firmware coder Dark_AleX. Kinda like the pronunciation of Tomato argument. Tomato(Toe-May-Toe)- Tomato(Toe-Mah-Toe) argument; same product different names same origins and end result.
