What is the cheapest/easiest/SAFEST way to get an Xbox 360 playing backup games?

Flash it. It's definitely the easiest, safest way to go. Flashing your dvd drive simply re programs it to play backup games

and nope all you have to buy is a SATA card...thats if your computer isn't compatible already....

it would help if you provide the type of drive you have. there are people out there who can do it for you, like me. But i would need to know what kind of drive you have first.
