hey everyone, i believe this is now my second post=P

i finally got rawdump 2.0 to work after 14 hours of work. at 4.2gb of data ripped, rawdump slows down to a speed about 100mb/hour, and then i didnt stick aroudn to wait for the rest..so basically my ripping stops at like 4.2gb, and the drive stops running and there is no data transfered.

There's a new app called Friidump that can be used to rip Wii/GC games. Give that a try as you seem to be having a lot of issues with RawDump.

i dont get an arithmetic error or anything, it just slows down, over like a span of time..and i didnt stick around to see wether or not it showed the error

I had the same problem with rawdump, but after I cleaned the dvd properly it didn't stop.. Make sure it doesnt have too much scratches or fingerprints..

this might be dumb, but how do u clean a dvd? do u use water or wat? is there a sepcial liquid u can buy or something?
