PSP Slim with 3.60fw help

Hi there,
i just a bought a black psp slim with official 3.60 firmware in it and since i want to play iso and cso games from the mem stick. Can someone point me to a detailed thread that would also include the tools to downgrade and then install custom m33 firmware for slim psp.

And also please can someone tell me what to do if i dont have a Fat psp to make a pandoras downgrade files first???

Please help me out
