I lost my Manhunt game, and I decided to download a new one because I can't be bothered to buy a new one, and I don't want to look for it. How the hell do I burn it? I opened the 000 file (000-043 files) with WinRar and extracted what was in there. This is what I currently have
I have Nero and Alcohol 120. However, I know nothing about these programs. I have a clue about nothing when it comes to burning PS2 games. Please help.
It looks like you extracted the ISO also. When you have part files, you only need to extract it to an ISO file, then burn it.
First heres how to use winrar.

Now if you deleted all those files and you are only left with the ones showing in your picture, then use Nero Burning ROM, create a UDF/ISO DVD, browse to the Manhunt Folder, showing all those files and select all, copy to compilation. Then burn it at 4x on DVD-R if you have it. It should then work fine.
If you still have the ISO file, then just download Imgburn, and select ISO and burn it at 4x.
