URGENT HELP needed

Hello, i dont know if this is the right form, but i am so tired pf my problem. The thing is that i keep getting a (Socket Error # 10060 connection timmed out). This occurs right after i login to windows XP. Even though i have nothing running, including internet or any program, the ropblem prosests. Also when i click the (OK) it just comes back up again. Please can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. ASAP
