for a month i have had the ability to dvdshrink my dvd to backups with an encoding speed of about 2o mins....now something has gone haywire and it takes 60 mins, checking transfer speed with nero dvdspeed it is only 1.6x....yikes....any glue how to fix the hp a250e custom to get the sppeds back, the same dvd, utilizing the 300c writer still gets 20min times, thanks in advance
