Playing downloaded Super Smash Melee and runs too fast on Wii. Is it in PAL?

My Wii is modded and the Super Smash Melee I downloaded works but seems to be running too fast. Also, the screen is inched up and I have to use the c - stick to see the menu options. I'm not sure if this is a pal. I have also read somewhere that you can press some buttons when the nintendo logo shows up to play pal games of change the speed of the wii. If so then what buttons do i press? Thanks

i have wiikey installed, i also downloaded super smash brothers melee the other night to play on wii, works fine, tho this doesnt really answer your questions,

but thought i'd just say that i didnt have to press or alter any setting, is your file 1.35gig?
