does anybody know how to get the skull in halo mission i know it has to do with a numarical sequence but what steps do i have to take to get it ,,do i start while all chaos is going on or do i wait till the flood turns on me and then i clear them out and try it someone help me please thanks

ya either youtube, or just search in google, it will give you a couple of nice results that have very detailed descriptions of where the skulls are. just be careful on the level where you have to fly to the second tower, that skull is either time sensitive, or i just blew it to high hell when i played, lol.
