Yeah you could pull the ISO off a movie UMD and then place it in the ISO/VIDEO folder.

If you don't know how to rip the ISO off a UMD GAME/MOVIE disc follow the below steps.

Place the GAME/MOVIE UMD in the UMD bay. If the GAME/MOVIE auto-starts exit out of it.

When your at the XMB (PSP MENU) press the Select button and the VSH menu should come up.

Navigate down to the USB DEVICE setting and press right D pad till it says UMD then go down and exit out of the VSH menu.

Now enable USB which will access the UMD Bay so you can drag the ISO file over to the PC. Now rename the file with the title of the GAME/MOVIE.

Make sure after you do this you reset the USB Device back to Memory Stick.

Now drag the ISO to the /ISO/VIDEO folder.

Now press Select again so VSH menu comes up then go down to MOUNT ISO and press right on the D pad till you see the ISO you want to watch.

Then go down to Exit.

Now insert a UMD (Doesn't matter if its a movie or game) and the MOVIE should show under VIDEO.
